Carefully extracted from the Rolling Winter Mist of the Huon Valley in Southern Tasmania.
Using a highly specialised approach, we have captured droplets of water from the dense ‘Winter Mist’ which weaves its way through the valley, either side of the Huon River.
Standing over 8 metres tall, our mist catching marvels harvest airborne water molecules. Its construction as a stacked weave serves to trap and wick moisture into the tower, while its spiraling structure provides a large surface area that funnels water into the basement, then directly to our facility at the foothills to be lightly carbonated and bottled.
The end result is a scare naturally occurring double gold medal Sparkling Water from a truly spectacular region of the world.
